Paradox (Week 7)

This message explains that “Blessed are the pure in heart” exposes our spiritual bankruptcy and shatters the illusion that we can earn our way into God’s kingdom through our own goodness. Only Jesus can “fill our account” by giving us His righteousness, and when we surrender to Him, He not only saves us but begins to transform our hearts through the Holy Spirit and His Word. As our hearts are purified, we start to “see God” more clearly—both in this life through His work around us and fully in the life to come.
